Return and Refund Policy

Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:

If you received an incorrect or defective/damaged, we will gladly process an exchange for you. Please send us an email at bookstore@ettontech.com for an exchange request.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers).  All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.

Return of special offer items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can be returned to our sample store at 10 Toh Guan Road, Lobby A , #03-06，Singapore 608838.

We apologize that we do not process an exchange for the following items:

1. Perishable goods such as food and flowers

2. Books

3. Gift cards

4. Downloadable software products and/or digital products

**Note: All returns are final. Etton Bookstore has the right to decline returns if above requirements are not met.**
