No, we don’t! All GST is included in the retail price.

2. What are the online shopping methods?

We offer the following ways for you to enjoy your online shopping experience with us:

Guest Users: You will be able to transact on our web store without logging in. You will be prompted to provide your email and contact details, so that you can receive email confirmations & order details relating to your order. You will, however, not be able to track the status of your orders online without an account.

Registered User: Your order details, order shipments and my points will be available for retrieval when you are logged into your account. You will be able to track the status of your orders, look at your purchase history, and make quick reorders as well. You will automatically be upgraded to member status with your first purchase. Enjoy special membership benefits on your subsequent purchases (E.g. regular discounts, birthday discounts, points rewards etc.). Your default billing & shipping addresses will be recorded for ease of future transactions. For church members, you enjoy Privilege Members discounts of additional 5% all year round

3. What payment methods are accepted?

-1) Credit Cards: We accept credit card payments via Paypal, the payment processing platform for online shopping.

-2) Local direct bank fund transfer via ATM transfer, Internet banking, over the counter cash deposit or cheque drop in at the bank. Please indicate your name and order number for our reference. Your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from date of order.

4. Receipts & Invoices

For receipts & invoices request, please approach our staff for assistance. Our order confirmation will not come with receipts or invoices. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at bookstore@ettontech.com for enquiry.

5. What are your shipping options and charges?

-1) Local Orders:

For self-collection, please select “local pick up” under Shipping Methods. Once your order is ready for self-collection, our staff will email to inform you that you can come to self-collect the order. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery if stock available and  7 – 14 working days if stock out.

For purchases of SGD80 and above, delivery within Singapore will be FREE of charge via Registered Mail, or door to door delivery during normal business hours. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery if stock available and  7 – 14 working days if stock out.

For purchases less than SGD80, mode of delivery will be via Registered Mail, available at a flat rate of SGD3.50 island wide. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery if stock available and  7 – 14 working days if stock out.

An email confirmation will be sent to you to inform you of your order status. We will not be responsible should you fail to receive the email due to an incorrect email address provided by you. Orders received after 3pm will be processed the next working day.

Currently our website can support local purchasing only. For international orders, please select “local pick up” under shipping methods. We will quote international shipping charge separately before payment made for international shipping.

Import Duties And Taxes

Orders that are shipped to destinations outside Singapore may be subject to import duties and/or taxes which are levied by the governments of these destination countries. Customs policies vary from country to country and we are unable to advise from the outset if customs duties and/or taxes apply and how much they may be. These charges are neither included in the prices of the products nor the handling and shipping fees quoted online. You are advised to contact your local customs office for more information about the prevailing import duties and taxes.

By confirming your order, you agree to comply with all the customs laws and regulations of the destination country’s government and to bear any additional charges for import duties and/or taxes for customs clearance. We will not be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes under any circumstances.

We will not be liable for any refund, delivery delay and/or non-delivery of your order in the event that the product(s) which you have ordered is retained by third parties (e.g. shipping company) because you have not or refuse to pay the import duties and/or taxes which may be imposed by the government of the destination country.   

Etton Bookstore will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of product(s) ordered in the event that:

The address that you have specified in the mailing address form is incorrect, or you have changed your address without prior written notice to us. In the event that you have specified an incorrect address, and our efforts to contact you have failed, we reserve the right to dispose of any such packages and its contents at our discretion should they be returned to us. We will not be obliged to issue a refund to you or any other persons. A re-delivery fee is applicable should you like us to send to the correct address.

the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including and not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labour dispute or malicious damage involving employees. The issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us.

6. How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order after logging into your account or approach our staff.

7. What happens if an item is out of stock?

There is a chance we might have some available in-store, contact us. We also continuously restock popular items so check our website frequently for new updates.

Please note that there is a chance that items purchased online may in fact be out of stock already even if it is currently stated as in stock.

This is due to some products being especially fast-selling, resulting in a delay in the updating of stock availability. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or an alternative purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

8. Where can I use gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers are available for use soon.

9. Sending your order as a gift to someone?

Yes, you may indicate a different shipping address from your billing address for your order. Our delivery orders does not contain any details on price/amount. Feel free to email us at bookstore@ettontech.com  if you’ll like us to attach a special note to go along with your gift order.

10. What is your special offer or promotion items terms & conditions?

12. What is your order cancellation policy

Order Cancellation can only be accepted on the basis that the customer contact our company via bookstore@ettontech.com  within 24 hours after an online order has been sent to us. We reserve the right to review any cancellation of order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders. A cancellation admin fee of 15% of your order amount applies before.
