Egge grew up loving picture books and dreaming that she would one day become an illustrator. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk with a master’s degree in graphic design and illustration. With a love for creating wildly imaginative scenes filled with adorable animals, pastel colors and textures, Egger has illustrated many children’s books as well as greeting cards, and has collaborated on illustrations with a variety of publishers such as Usborne, Little Tiger Publishing, Lane Hudson, Macmillan, Sandvine, Simon & Schuster and many others. She also illustrated Ziggy Marley’s Grammy Award-winning picture book of the same name, “I Love You Too,” and drew stories for Nickelodeon’s “Bedtime Stories Program.
