Howard L. Dayton, Jr. (1943- ) is the founder of American Guide Ministries and co-founder of Coronation Financial Ministries. He is the author of several best-selling books on money management and related group study materials that have been widely adopted around the world, including Money Matters, Money and Marriage, and Business Matters.

In 2008, he received an honorary doctorate from the University of Osprey, USA, which in March 2014 established the Howard H. W. Tai College of Business in his honor. The school emphasizes both practical and character education, and his friends have described him as a man of “service and sacrifice, not selfishness and talk”.

Howard and his wife, Bev, whom he married in 1971, have two children and currently reside in Orlando, Florida.
